This role supports the evolution of our marketing capabilities as we modernize how we plan, execute, and scale our work. The overall focus of this role is to help build strong marketing governance and repeatable, efficient processes that support sustainable growth. This includes improving how marketing work is prioritized, coordinated, and measured, reducing manual effort, and creating consistent ways of working across campaigns and channels. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and helping marketing teams operate more effectively as the organization grows.
The position will also contribute to several high‑impact initiatives in the first year, including the implementation of HubSpot in partnership with an external vendor, enhancements to our digital marketing ecosystem, and a full website redesign. These efforts are designed to strengthen how we engage audiences, improve visibility into performance, and enable more personalized, data‑informed marketing over time.

Salary: 75K  + Dependent on Experience

Support the shaping of marketing strategy and improve how work is planned, executed, and measured, through strong marketing operations, clear processes, effective governance, and adoption of marketing technology. Deliver projects and assignments according to plan as approved by Executive and Senior Management.
 
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
 
1. Support and implement the development and ongoing improvement of marketing operations by helping establish clear governance, standardized workflows, and repeatable processes that enable efficient planning, execution, and measurement of marketing activities.
2. Contribute to the implementation and adoption of marketing technology platforms, by supporting system configuration, documentation, testing, and cross functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.
3. Actively contribute to the development of marketing strategy by evaluating current state capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities, and helping define future state priorities, operating models, and approaches.
4. Partner with marketing team members, business lines, and internal stakeholders to align on goals, help shape business line strategies, and improve how marketing and growth initiatives are requested, prioritized, executed, communicated, and measured across the organization.
5. Develop an understanding and working knowledge of the credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, policies, procedures and appropriate software systems. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

Able to quickly and appropriately handle unexpected problems.
3.Dependability - The degree of follow-through on assignments. The degree to which the employee can be counted on to complete assignments in a timely and competent manner. The degree to which the employee is self-directed, takes initiative, and is proactive.
4.Teamwork - The ability to promote positive work relationships with area staff, team members, and supervisors. The degree of problem solving, communication, listening, cooperation, and productivity demonstrated while working with others to successfully meet goals.
 
Knowledge and Skills:
 
Experience(5) Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
 
Education(3) (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
 
Interpersonal Skills(4) Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
